Nick took the time to meet with us and answer all of the first-time-homebuyer questions we had. He went through pricing sheets for different scenarios and outlined the buying process, rates, timeline, etc. He was always available via call or text, and explained each step in the process to make sure we knew what was going on. He made sure to keep us updated in the last few days before closing when there were some last-minute details being sorted out.
